EA PSP Compilation in the Works?

Those of you who have been moaning and groaning about the lack of games for the PSP, your woes may be over. I say MAY because EA hasn’t really confirmed nor denied the rumor that has been going around. However, you know as well as I do that when rumors like this get out, that means there is some truth behind them. So brace yourselves guys.

Who remembers those good old days of Mutant League Football? How about Wing Commander? Road Rash? Budokan? Desert Strike? Syndicate? Virtual Pinball? Yes, all these and more are rumored to be included in the compilation of games that EA is coming up with for the PSP. For the hardcore gamer, all these names would ring a bell as some classic games in the EA arsenal.

This compilation, though not really officially announced yet, would definitely bring back life to the PSP’s gaming aspect. I think as of now, Dynasty Warriors is still the only game I really like playing on the PSP. With this compilation in the works, I can have more options to tinker with while lounging at the local coffee shop. Long plane flights will be made shorter – and more enjoyable – with this treasure trove of games in one UMD! I don’t know about you, but whether EA denies it or not, come October I shall look forward to this compilation (the leak said it is scheduled to be released this October). Hopefully, the leak was right!
